CHOC CRUNCH ICE-CREAM WITH STRAWBERRIES

CHOC  CRUNCH  ICE-CREAM  WITH  STRAWBERRIES:

INGREDIENTS:
1  litre vanilla ice-cream
8  Tim Tam biscuits, chopped coarsely
250g  fresh strawberries, halved

METHOD:
  • Spoon ice-cream into medium bowl, stand 10 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Fold through biscuits until just combined. Return ice-cream to container, cover; freeze until firm.
  • Serve ice-cream with strawberries.
Preparation time - 10 minutes (plus freezing time)

Serves -4
