CHOC CRUNCH ICE-CREAM WITH STRAWBERRIES:
INGREDIENTS:
1 litre vanilla ice-cream
8 Tim Tam biscuits, chopped coarsely
250g fresh strawberries, halved
METHOD:
Serves -4
INGREDIENTS:
1 litre vanilla ice-cream
8 Tim Tam biscuits, chopped coarsely
250g fresh strawberries, halved
METHOD:
- Spoon ice-cream into medium bowl, stand 10 minutes to soften slightly.
- Fold through biscuits until just combined. Return ice-cream to container, cover; freeze until firm.
- Serve ice-cream with strawberries.
